This recipe combines 50 g of plain popcorn and 30 g of raisins with 200 g of melted dark chocolate, then adds candy eyeballs for a festive touch. The mixture is portioned into silicone muffin cases, chilled for 15-20 minutes, and served as a delicious Halloween snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine the 50 g of plain popcorn and 30 g of raisins in a large mixing bowl.
- Break the 200 g of dark chocolate into small pieces and transfer them to a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the chocolate in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each burst until the mixture becomes smooth and fully melted. Avoid overheating to prevent scorching.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and raisin mixture.
- Mix everything together until the popcorn is entirely covered in chocolate.
- Scoop the chocolate-coated popcorn and raisin blend into silicone muffin liners.
- Press three candy eyeballs onto the top of each ball so the chocolate holds them in place.
- Set the filled liners on a tray or plate and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
- Take the popcorn balls out of the liners and serve them.
