No Bake Frankenstein Cookies for Halloween

These no-bake Frankenstein cookies are a fun and easy Halloween treat. Simply dip chocolate wafer cookies in green candy melts, add sprinkles for hair, and attach candy eyes. Let them set at room temperature—do not refrigerate, or the eyes may bleed.

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the green candy melts according to the package instructions.
- Dip the front (face side) of each wafer cookie into the melted green coating, then gently shake off any excess.
- Spoon chocolate jimmies sprinkles over the top of each cookie to create the hair.
- Set the cookie on the prepared baking sheet, then attach two candy eyeballs and one chocolate jimmie for the mouth.
- Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the coating hardens completely before moving them.
- Avoid placing the cookies in the refrigerator to set, as the moisture can cause the black food coloring on the candy eyes to bleed.
