Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to 175°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a bowl, whisk the pumpkin, apple sauce, pumpkin pie spice, and honey if included until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared sheet using an offset spatula, aiming for a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. The layer should be thick enough that you can't see through it, but not excessively thick.
- Bake for 4 to 4.5 hours, until the center is firm and no longer jiggly. Allow it to cool completely to room temperature.
- Place a large piece of parchment on a counter, then invert the fruit leather onto it. Carefully peel away the silicone mat or parchment from the baking sheet. Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice the leather into strips. Roll each strip up tightly.
