Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These pumpkin snickerdoodles start with pre-made cookie dough for ease. After baking, top each cookie with a sprinkle-coated marshmallow and a pretzel stem for a festive fall dessert.
Ingredients
Directions
- Set your oven to the temperature indicated on the cookie dough package.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Take one piece of cookie dough from the package and shape it into a ball.
- Place the dough ball on the prepared baking sheet and bake for the time specified on the package.
- While the cookies bake, coat each marshmallow with orange sprinkles. Then insert half a pretzel stick into each marshmallow to form a stem.
- Remove the baked cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
- Place one decorated marshmallow on top of each cookie and let them sit until the cookies are completely cool.
- Cover the cookies loosely with plastic wrap.
