Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These pumpkin snickerdoodles start with pre-made cookie dough, baked into soft rounds. While they cool, marshmallows are coated in orange sprinkles and topped with a pretzel half for a stem, then placed on the cookies for a festive fall dessert.

- Heat the oven following the temperature and time on the cookie dough package.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Take one piece of cookie dough from the package and shape it into a ball.
- Put the dough ball on the prepared sheet and bake for the time specified on the package.
- While the cookies bake, coat each marshmallow with orange sprinkles. Insert half a pretzel stick into the top of each marshmallow to form a stem.
- Take the baked cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes.
- Place one decorated marshmallow on top of each cookie and let them rest until the cookies are completely cool.
- Loosely cover the cookies with plastic wrap.
