Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These easy Pumpkin Snickerdoodles start with pre-made cookie dough. After baking, top each cookie with a marshmallow rolled in orange sprinkles and a half pretzel for a cute stem. Perfect for Halloween parties.

- Heat your oven according to the instructions on the cookie dough package.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Take one piece of dough from the package and shape it into a smooth ball.
- Place the dough ball on the prepared sheet and bake for the time specified on the package.
- While the cookies bake, coat each marshmallow with orange sprinkles, then insert one pretzel half into the top of each to form a stem.
- Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- Set a sprinkle-covered marshmallow on each cookie and allow them to cool until the cookies are completely room temperature.
- Loosely cover the finished cookies with plastic wrap.
