Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These pumpkin snickerdoodles are a fun and easy Halloween treat using pre-made dough. Simply bake the cookies, then top each with a sprinkle-coated marshmallow and a pretzel stem. They're perfect for parties or a sweet seasonal snack.

- Heat the oven following the temperature and time on the cookie dough package.
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Break off small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into 1-inch balls. You should get about 18 balls.
- Set the dough balls on the prepared sheet, spacing them a few inches apart. Bake for the time specified on the dough package.
- While the cookies are in the oven, coat each marshmallow thoroughly with the orange sprinkles. Then insert a broken pretzel half into the top of each marshmallow to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- Take the baked cookies out of the oven and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
- Press one decorated marshmallow onto the center of each cookie. Let the cookies sit until they have reached room temperature.
- Loosely drape plastic wrap over the cooled cookies.
