Spooky Halloween Quesadilla Recipe

These Halloween quesadillas are made by cutting tortillas into bat and coffin shapes, then grilling them with cheese. They're quick to make and perfect for a festive snack. Serve with your favorite dips.

- Use cookie cutters to cut equal numbers of bat and coffin shapes from the tortillas.
- Place a small amount of butter in a cast iron grill pan and warm it over medium heat.
- Turn the heat down to low and arrange a few bat and coffin shapes in the pan.
- Immediately sprinkle some grated cheese on top and cover with a matching tortilla piece.
- Once the underside is lightly golden, carefully flip the quesadilla to cook the other side until the cheese is fully melted.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or any dipping sauce you like.
