ZOMBIE eyeballs - Deviled eggs

Directions

1. Cook eggs until hard-boiled, then prepare your standard deviled egg filling.
2. Mix green food coloring into the filling until evenly colored.
3. Transfer the green filling to a piping bag fitted with an icing tip, then pipe it back into the egg white halves.
4. Gently smooth the piped filling so the surface is flat.
5. Place a slice of olive in the center of each green filling to resemble a pupil.
6. Mix red food coloring with a small amount of leftover mayo and use it to draw thin red lines on the egg white for veins.
