- Drape the white fabric square over the top of the lollipop.
- Tie a piece of festive Halloween ribbon around the fabric to hold it in place.
- Attach googly eyes (or draw them with a marker) onto the fabric.
- Use scissors to cut the foam stickers into various shapes like ghosts or bats.
- Remove the backing from each foam sticker and press them onto the pumpkin.
- Insert the thread into the eye of a tapestry needle.
- Slide candy corn pieces onto the threaded needle.
