This dill pickle pasta salad combines cooked pasta, crunchy pickles, sharp cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh dill in a creamy ranch-pickle dressing. After a quick mix, it needs at least 4 hours of chilling to let the flavors develop, but you can eat it right away too. Serve it as a side dish or a main for a refreshing, tangy meal.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, pickle juice, ranch seasoning packet, and mayonnaise, and stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add the cooked pasta, diced pickles, cubed cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- Mix the pasta and other ingredients thoroughly with the dressing until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to let the flavors meld. (You can serve it right away if you prefer.)
