- From black paper, cut out 72 large petals and 11 smaller petals for the center.
- Get a piece of cardboard and cut it into a circle with a diameter of 10 inches.
- Attach the large paper petals to the cardboard circle using hot glue, arranging them around the edge to form a wreath shape.
- Take the 11 smaller petals and glue them in the center of the wreath to create a flower detail.
- Flip the wreath over and hot glue a ribbon loop to the back of the cardboard to serve as a hanging hook.
