This project involves assembling a PVC pipe arch, attaching 300 multi-color lights, and threading 46 pumpkin buckets with 2.5-inch bottom holes over the lights. The arch is then secured to the ground using a 3-foot rebar stake, with the final buckets placed over the stake for a stable and festive finish.

Directions

  1. Use the 2.5-inch hole saw to cut a circular opening in the bottom of each of the 46 pumpkin buckets. Once the holes are ready, slide the buckets onto the string of 300 multi-color lights that are already secured to the PVC pipe arch with zip ties. After all the buckets are in place, guide the entire structure over the 3-foot rebar stake, making sure to push the stake about one foot into the soil for stability.
  2. To finish the installation, place the final four or five buckets directly over the exposed rebar. Then, slide the open end of the PVC pipe through the bottom holes of these last buckets. This method allows you to clearly see the connection points and ensures a secure fit.
