You'll need
Directions
- Paint the wooden eggs in brown, grey, and red/orange. Apply 2-3 coats and let the paint dry fully. Then lightly sketch facial features and a belly patch with a pencil.
- Fill in the facial details and stomach patch using colors that complement the base. Wait for the paint to dry completely, then use a black paint pen or permanent marker to add noses to each egg.
- Draw sassy eyelashes with a pencil. When you're happy with the look, go over them with a black paint pen or permanent marker.
- Get the woodland animal autumn template, print it, and cut out the pieces. Trace the template shapes onto colored cardstock.
- Cut out ears for each animal, including the inner pink part, from colored cardstock.
- Glue the ear pieces together. Cut antlers from brown cardstock, then attach the ears and antlers to the top of the eggs using hot glue.
- Cut out tails from colored cardstock.
- Paint details on each tail using colors that complement the base.
