You'll need
Directions
- Figure out how you want to stack his arms and legs.
- Skewer the smaller pumpkins on your wooden sticks, and jam them into the body.
- Add a dab of hot glue between each pumpkin for extra strength and to prevent spinning.
- Put the 'hands' & 'feet' on just partway, so the skewer doesn't poke through the opposite side.
- Wrap a square of white fabric around a little stuffing, tie it shut with string, and trim off the excess fabric to make the hat body.
- Cover a strip of cardboard with blue felt to create the brim.
- Twist the brim into a circle and hot-glue it shut.
- Hot-glue the brim in place around the white fabric pouch.
- Use blue and red felt to make the sailor collar. Put the collar UNDER the head instead of around it.
- Do not glue the head on yet; wait until after everything is painted.
- Make the letters on the hat using a Cricut with vinyl, or paint them on with fabric paint.
- Cut vinyl strips for the white outline on the collar.
- Spray-paint the whole thing flat white, making sure to keep the head separate from the body.
- Once the paint is dry, hot-glue on the collar and then the head.
- Paint on his face and glue on his hat.
- Sketch a little Slimer, turn it into a paper chain, and cut it out.
- Glue two of the hands together to form a longer chain and outline edges with a Sharpie.
- Attach the paper chain to Stay Puft's hands with poster tack.
