- Using the black permanent marker, draw a spooky jack-o'-lantern face on each clear plastic cup.
- Prepare the microwaveable mac and cheese cups according to the directions on the box.
- Wait at least 5 minutes for the mac and cheese to cool down before spooning it into the decorated cups; otherwise the hot pasta might deform the plastic.
- Insert a cucumber spear (cut into 2-inch pieces from half a seedless cucumber) into the top of each cup to resemble a pumpkin stem. Serve immediately.
