Directions
- Download and print the included template. Cut out the circle and cone shapes, then trace them onto black card stock or craft foam. For cat ears, cut black triangles and smaller white triangles from the same material.
- For the witch's hat, apply hot glue to the straight ends of the cone cut-out and press them together to form a cone shape.
- Glue the cone to the top of the circle cut-out with hot glue to create a witch's hat. Embellish with a bright green ribbon band and optionally a plastic spider. Then attach the hat to one side of a plain black headband.
- For cat ears, glue each small white triangle onto a larger black triangle. Use hot glue to secure the ears to the center of the headband.
