This Halloween craft turns plain clay pots into festive decorations using acrylic paint and googly eyes. Paint an orange base, add a black hat and face opening, then draw on eyes and a mouth. Finish with optional spider web details and a clear sealer for shine.

- Wipe your clay pots with a dry cloth to get rid of any dirt or dust.
- Cover the whole exterior with orange acrylic paint. Wait for it to dry completely.
- Add a black stripe around the top rim to resemble a hat, and a vertical black strip down the center for the face opening. Let dry.
- Create two white circles for eyes and a jagged mouth. Use green or purple for a nose or extra decorations.
- Allow to dry, then attach googly eyes if you like.
- If desired, paint on a spider web or other spooky patterns.
- For a glossy look, apply a clear sealer over your design.
- Make sure everything is fully dry before you display your creation.
