This craft uses contact paper and tissue paper squares in white, orange, and yellow to build a classic candy corn shape. Kids draw the outline, arrange the tissue, then seal it with another contact paper layer. Finally, cut out the shape and add a yarn loop to hang it up.

You'll need

Directions

  1. On the glossy side of a piece of contact paper, outline a candy corn shape using a permanent marker.
  2. Remove the backing from the contact paper and position it with the sticky side facing up on your work surface.
  3. Fill in the candy corn design by placing small squares of white, orange, and yellow tissue paper onto the sticky area.
  4. Take a second sheet of contact paper, peel off its backing, and lay it sticky side down over the first piece, sandwiching the tissue paper. Then cut along the drawn candy corn outline and attach a length of yarn for hanging.
