Toilet Roll Spooky Tree

Turn a simple toilet roll into a spooky tree decoration for Halloween!

This craft transforms a toilet paper roll into a Halloween tree. You'll cut a T-shape to create a stand, draw and cut out a tree silhouette, paint it black, and add an orange paper accent inside.

Directions

Flatten the toilet paper roll. On one side, mark a point half an inch from the top edge, then draw a horizontal line across half the tube's width. From the center of that line, draw a vertical line down to the opposite end, forming a T shape.

Cut along the T-shaped lines, but do not cut all the way through the roll. The ring at the top must remain connected so it can serve as a base for the tree.

Open the roll flat and sketch a spooky tree shape on the exposed surface. Use scissors to cut out the tree outline.

Apply black paint (or a color of your choice) to the cut-out tree and let it dry.

Cut a small rectangular piece from orange craft paper and glue it to the inside of the painted tree.
