- Start by scrubbing your empty wine bottles and jars to remove any residue, then peel off all labels so the surface is completely clean.
- Take your Halloween stickers or label kits, apply a thin layer of glue or Mod Podge to the back of each, and press them firmly onto the glass.
- For an extra touch, wrap washi tape around the neck of each bottle to hide any leftover branding or to add a decorative band.
- Mix a few drops of food coloring into water to create spooky potion shades like poison green, tonic purple, or witch's bubble brew blue.
- Pour your colored water into the bottles and jars, then close them tightly with corks or lids. If your lids have logos, simply cover them with washi tape.
