Cheesy Halloween Breadstick Bones

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Dust a work surface with all-purpose flour.
2. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each into an 8-inch rope with slightly thicker ends. Place five ropes on each prepared baking sheet, keeping at least 2 inches apart. Use scissors to snip a 1-inch slit at both ends of each rope, then gently pull the cut sections apart to create bone shapes.
3. Brush the breadsticks with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with shredded mozzarella, and return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
