You'll need
Directions
- Spray paint one board blue and the other pink to create a colorful base.
- Cut bat and pumpkin decals using a vinyl cutter, or buy Halloween decals from a craft store.
- Stick the decals firmly onto the boards, then spray the entire board with matte black paint, avoiding the holes and sides.
- Remove the decals to reveal the painted design underneath.
- Cut equal-sized squares from orange and white felt.
- Use sticky-backed black felt to create pumpkin faces and ghost faces on the felt squares.
- Stack two matching squares, cut them into pumpkin or ghost shapes, then sew around the shape leaving a one-inch opening.
- Fill each bag with dry rice or small dry beans.
- Stitch the opening closed to finish the bean bag.
