Directions
- Take a piece of white cardstock or mini poster board and cut it into a shape resembling a bell or an upside-down U. You can choose to give the bottom a scalloped edge or leave it straight.
- Use scissors to cut out the shape you just drew.
- From black construction paper, cut a circle or oval to serve as the ghost's mouth and glue it onto the white shape.
- Attach two googly eyes using either adhesive ones or glue.
- Apply glue to the white areas around the eyes and mouth, avoiding the face details.
- Press cotton balls onto the glued areas, making sure they stick firmly.
- Continue adding cotton balls until the entire ghost body is covered.
- Let the glue dry completely.
