- Position the plastic rats on their backs and place the grapevine wreath face down. Apply a coat of matte white spray paint, allowing it to dry completely before flipping both items over to paint the opposite sides.
- Secure the dried rats onto the wreath using white thread or a heavy-duty adhesive such as E6000.
- Arrange the rats so they overlap slightly, giving the impression of a creepy cluster crawling across the frame.
