- Cover the straw wreath form with white ribbon or fabric, securing the ends with hot glue. Create a hanger by wrapping wire around the wreath and twisting the ends together at the back.
- Attach practice ping pong balls to the wreath with hot glue. Place them randomly, stepping back occasionally to check for an even and full appearance.
- Glue googly eyes onto the ping pong balls. Use a hair dryer to melt any visible hot glue strings.
