- Get two simple eyeliners from a drugstore and two makeup pens in black and white from a Halloween or party store.
- Start by using the Maybelline NY Eyeliner gel in black.
- Then apply Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner in black.
- Next, use the Prestige Eyeliner in white.
- Finish with the black and white shades from a Halloween makeup pan.
