This Halloween ribbon wreath uses a 14-inch foam form covered in black ribbon, then layered with loops of patterned ribbons. You'll cut ribbons into 4-inch strips, glue them into loops, and attach them until full. Finally, add a chipboard letter 'boo' banner for the perfect festive touch.

Directions
- Cover the 14-inch foam ring entirely with black ribbon that is 2 inches wide.
- Snip the decorative ribbon into 4-inch segments, then join the two ends with hot glue.
- Bend the ribbon piece so the glued seam is at the base, forming a loop, and secure with glue.
- Attach each loop to the wreath by applying glue to the base and pressing it onto the foam.
- Repeat the cutting, looping, and gluing process until the entire wreath form is packed with loops.
- Create a miniature "BOO" sign using chipboard letters and a sequins or baker's twine ribbon, then fasten it to the wreath.
