This Halloween-themed sensory play activity involves mixing clear glue, green glitter glue, and a dash of white glue in a large bowl. After stirring the glues together, add nine tablespoons of liquid starch (adjusting for desired consistency) and knead the mixture. Finally, incorporate plastic bugs and transfer the creation to a tray for play.

You'll need

Directions

  1. Pour the entire contents of the clear glue bottle into your large mixing bowl.
  2. Empty the bottle of green glitter glue into the bowl as well.
  3. Squeeze in a small amount of white glue.
  4. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the glues are well combined.
  5. Measure out and pour in nine tablespoons of liquid starch. You can reduce this amount slightly if you prefer a runnier consistency. Once added, use your hands to knead the mixture vigorously until it reaches the desired texture.
  6. Toss in the plastic bugs and mix them into the slime.
  7. Transfer the creation to a tray and let the sensory fun begin!
