This Pumpkin Pie Martini combines vanilla vodka, aged rum, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup for a festive fall cocktail. Chill the glasses and prepare frozen whipped cream dollops in advance, then shake the ingredients with ice and strain. Top each glass with a frozen cream dollop and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for a dessert-like drink.
