Roasted pumpkin seeds are a simple treat made from the seeds you scoop out of a pumpkin. After preheating the oven to 350°F, toss the seeds with olive oil and spices (pulp left on adds flavor), then bake for up to 45 minutes. The result is a nutty, earthy snack perfect for fall.
