Create eerie skull pizzadillas by cutting skull shapes from tortillas, charring the top ones, and baking them with mozzarella until melted. Serve with warm marinara or pesto for a fun Halloween appetizer.
Ingredients
Directions
- Using flour tortillas and green wraps, cut out skull shapes. For each pizzadilla, you'll need two skulls. On one of the pair, cut openings for the eyes, nose, and teeth.
- Hold the skulls with cutouts over an open flame to lightly char them.
- Place the uncharred skulls on a baking sheet and top with shredded mozzarella. Cover each with its charred counterpart and bake at 400°F until the cheese melts. Transfer to a serving platter and accompany with warmed marinara or pesto.
