Leftover pumpkin seeds make a tasty treat. After boiling in salted water, toss them with oil and your favorite spices. Roast until golden for a crispy, flavorful snack.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your cleaned pumpkin seeds and let them cook for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on their size. After boiling, drain the seeds and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, combine the dried seeds with a small amount of oil and your chosen seasonings. Mix well, then arrange them in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake the seeds in an oven preheated to 180°C (gas mark 4) for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
